Recently, Shenzhen EVA Precision Technology Group Limited acquired Futaba Metal Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of フタバ産業株式会社 (Futaba Industrial Co. Ltd.). The related parties have completed equity transfer, operation right transfer, anti-monopoly declaration, industrial and commercial registration of changes and other issues.

Tahota Assisted Nanjing Lishui Economic and Technical Development Group Co., Ltd. to Successfully Issue Corporate Bonds in 2021
Upon audit and approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Nanjing Lishui Economic and Technical Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lishui Economic Development Group”) was entitled to issue non-public corporate bonds with a total amount of no more than RMB4 billion (incl.) to professional investors. The non-public issuance of corporate bonds by Lishui Economic Development Group in 2021 was completed recently. The final issuance amount of the bond was RMB4 billion, which were issued in four tranches, with coupon rates of 4.98%, 4.98%, 4.97%, and 4.85% respectively.

At noon on May 17, 2021, an exchange seminar themed “The Operation of Hong Kong International Arbitration Center and Its Rules and Features” was held in Tahota Chengdu Office. The Japanese company Nintendo is a world famous electronics game company and its Switch game console is very popular among consumers around the world. It ranked top in the list of Time’s Top 10 Gadgets of 2017 and was selected as the 10 Best Gadgets of the 2010s. With classic games such as “Super Mario” and “The Legend of Zelda”, it enjoys a high reputation in the whole world. Nintendo has authorized Tencent to exclusively sell Switch game consoles in mainland China, and Tencent has the exclusive authorization for Switch system software as well as Switch games and acts as the copyright holder of Switch system software and Switch game software. The Chinese version of Switch was officially launched in December 2019.
